Objectives

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Since its inception in 2006, Way of HOPE has conducted youth programs entitled, Basics of Christian Faith.  Our youth teams utilize power point, video presentations, and biblical lessons to explain the relevance of Christian faith to teenagers ages 12 – 16.  At the conclusion of each program, participants enjoy a Finale Excursion to an historic church, followed by a picnic.

YOUNG ADULT PROGRAMS

Since its inception in 2006, Way of HOPE has also conducted young adult programs entitled Basics of Christian Faith.  Invited speakers explain some aspect of Christian faith which is then discussed in small groups.  A time of fellowship with tea and snacks concludes the weekly programs.

YOUNG ADULT RETREATS

Half-way through the 15-week cycle, a retreat focusing on the Role of the Holy Spirit in Believers’ Lives is held for participants at the LIGHTHOUSE center near Lake Sevan.

BIBLE STUDIES

Follow-up Bible Studies for both youth and young adults focus on the Fruit of the Holy Spirit found in the Epistle to the GALATIANS 5:22-23 (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control); then on the Sermon on the Mount (Gospel of MATTHEW chapters 5 – 7); then on the Parables of Jesus found in all four Gospels (MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE, JOHN).

TRAINING SEMINARS

Way of HOPE staff organizes several weekend seminars each year primarily for young adults at the LIGHTHOUSE center near Lake Sevan, in north-central Armenia.
